Make a Gift of Stock
<\/span><\/strong>You may choose to give a gift of stock or mutual funds to Riverfront Recapture. You or your broker should contact dbaker@riverfront.org<\/a>; 860-713-3131 x326 for transaction instructions.<\/p>

Make a Donation via Donor-Advised Funds<\/strong><\/span>
<\/span>Riverfront contributors often choose to give through donor-advised funds such as Fidelity, Ayco, Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford, Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, Schwab, and others. Simply contact your donor-advised fund and let them know you would like to support Riverfront Recapture through your fund. Determine the amount and provide Riverfront’s address: 50 Columbus Boulevard, 1st Floor, Hartford, CT 06106.<\/span><\/p>

Make a Donation through your IRA<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span>If you are age 70\u00bd or older, you may send direct contributions from your IRA, reducing your tax implications at year-end. Contact your IRA provider, let them know the amount you\u2019d like them to send, and have them transfer funds from your IRA directly to Riverfront Recapture, 50 Columbus Boulevard, 1st Floor, Hartford, CT 06106. You may also wish to designate Riverfront Recapture as a beneficiary of all or a portion of your IRA. Please let us know if you have taken this step so that we can add you to our Legacy Society.<\/span><\/p>

Marfuggi Parks Fund
<\/strong><\/span>The Marfuggi Parks Fund was created to support park repairs and improvements that fall outside day-to-day needs. <\/span>Learn more about how you can support this unique fund.<\/span><\/a><\/p>

Endowment<\/strong><\/span>
<\/span>Endowment gifts provide long-lasting support of Riverfront’s vision and mission. Gifts of cash or stock, through a donor-advised fund, bequest, life insurance, or charitable trust are invested, and a small portion of the investment proceeds can be withdrawn and used to support Riverfront’s needs.<\/span><\/p>

Legacy Society
<\/strong><\/span>The Riverfront Legacy Society recognizes those who have included Riverfront Recapture in their estate plans. Our friends who join this group want to ensure that the Riverfront stays open and accessible to future generations. Members are recognized in the Annual Report (unless otherwise requested) and often receive special invitations to events.<\/span><\/p>
